Ingredients
1 Box scalloped potatoes, family size
3 cups boiling water
3 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
2 Cups cooked turkey (or chicken)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large casserole dish, reserving 2 tablespoons of cheese.
- Stir to combine.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake at 400F for 40-45 minutes, util the potatoes have softened and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Allow to set for 10 minutes before serving.
