Ingredients
2 medium russet potatoes, peeled
1.5 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the potatoes in boiling water, until very tender. Drain and let cool. Mash until smooth.
- Prepare the dough by combining the potatoes, flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, egg and olive oil. Stir until everything is full incorporated.
- Form dough into a ball with your hands, then place on the baking sheet. Roll out the dough to a 10-12 inch pizza crust.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and top with your favorite pizza sauce and toppings.
