Swap traditional pizza dough for a crispy, savory potato crust in this easy and delicious recipe. A fun and unique twist on your classic pizza night!

Ingredients

  • 2 medium russet potatoes, peeled

  • 1.5 cups all purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook the potatoes in boiling water, until very tender. Drain and let cool. Mash until smooth.
  • Prepare the dough by combining the potatoes, flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, egg and olive oil. Stir until everything is full incorporated.
