Chicken Broccoli Alfredo is a creamy, low-carb twist on a classic favorite. This keto-friendly dish features tender chicken, crisp broccoli, and a rich homemade Alfredo sauce, making it the perfect comforting meal without the carbs. Easy to make and full of flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1-2 pounds of chicken tenders or breast pieces

  • 2 Tablespoons butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 4 cups of broccoli crowns

  • 1 1/2 cups whole cream

  • 2 tablespoons corn starch

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Bake chicken pieces in 350F oven until cooked throughly. Set aside.
  • Steam broccoli and set aside.
  • In a sauce pan, melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and saute until fragrant.
  • Add cream to mixture, stirring constantly until warmed through.
  • In a small glass combine cornstarch with 2 Tablespoons of water. Stir to combine completely until no lumps remain.
  • While stirring, pour cornstarch mixture into your cream mixture. Continue to cook until sauce is gravy consistency.
  • Add cheese to the sauce mixture and stir to combine.
  • Combine chicken, broccoli and sauce. Serve immediately.
