Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 can smoked ham, drained
2 teaspoon diced green chilies, canned type
2 teaspoons diced pimentos
4 large tortillas, any flavor
Directions
- In a bowl combine all ingredients expect the tortillas.
- Spread a thin layer of the mixture over the tortillas in an even layer- dividing the spread into 4 portions
- Roll each tortilla into a roll. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours (preferably 24 hours)
- Remove from refrigerator and slice into 1 inch rolls.
