Ingredients
5 oz baby spinach, washed
2 Tablespoons butter
1 cup sour cream
Zest of 1 lemon
1 Teaspoon chicken bouillon
2 large chicken breasts
Directions
- In a large, oven proof, pan, melt butter. Add spinach by handfuls until all is wilted. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine sour cream, lemon zest and chicken bouillon. Stir to combine.
- Place raw chicken breasts on top of the spinach in the oven proof pan.
- Sour sauce mixture over the chicken, do not stir to combine.
- Bake at 350F for 35-45 minutes until chicken is throughly cooked.
