Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
14 Tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3 cups oatmeal
1 cup raisins
Directions
- Cream together eggs, sugars and eggs until well combined.
- Add vanilla, baking soda, salt and cinnamon to batter, mix to combine
- Add in flour and continue to mix until completely incorporated.
- Gently stir in oats and raisins.
- Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
- Scoop on to baking sheets in even sizes (1 inch balls is my standard size)
- Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes.
