Ingredients
Bratwurst - 5
4 medium potatoes, peeled and spiralized
2-4 Tablespoons olive oil
Salt & pepper
Bacon bits, cheese, green onions, buns
Directions
- Starting with a foil lined baking sheet, place bratwurst on one edge of the sheet leaving room between them to brown.
- Place potatoes on the remaining area spreading them to a single layer as much as possible.
- Drizzle oil over potatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake at 400F for 45 minutes
- Serve brats on buns with desired toppings.
- Top fries with crumbled bacon, cheese and green onions
