Garlic Butter Sheet Pan Shrimp with Broccoli: Juicy shrimp and tender broccoli roasted in a rich garlic butter sauce. Quick, healthy, low-carb, and perfect for busy nights!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, unshelled

  • 1 stick butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced fine

  • 1 teaspoon seasoning with salt (use your favorite brand)

  • 4 cups vegetables, cleaned and cut into small bite sized pieces

Directions

  • Melt butter in a bowl, add in garlic and stir.
  • Toss vegetables in the garlic butter. Spread out on 1/2 a baking sheet that has been lined with foil. Be careful to leave extra butter in the bowl.
  • Toss shrimp in remaining butter, add seasoning. Pour on to the other side of the baking sheet.
  • Bake at 375 F for 25 minutes or until shrimp is done.
